Ace Roofing - Terms & Conditions

Results may vary. We assist you, but your success hinges on your decisions and actions. We do not guarantee outcomes, your roof’s longevity and satisfaction depend on numerous factors: materials, weather, maintenance, etc. You acknowledge there are no promises or assurances of specific results; you’re responsible for your own choices.

Roofing, whether replacement or repair, involves inherent risks. We offer no guarantee of additional property value or insurance payouts from working with us. Keep your current maintenance and business strategies intact, our services are meant to complement, not replace, them.

All pricing and invoices are in USD (United States Dollars). If you need tax documentation, especially for customers outside the U.S. please request via email.

Our total financial responsibility is limited to refunding the amount you paid for the specific service in question, nothing beyond that. All sales are final once paid. No refunds or cancellations once the payment is processed (permitted only where required by law).

By requesting our services, like a complimentary roof evaluation, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to submit any request or order.

You agree not to misuse our site or services by:

• Uploading private/personal data without permission 
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or sending spam messages
• Tampering with our site (e.g., hacking, malware, scraping)
• Enabling others to do any of the above

Once you request services and we accept, you agree to:

• Review all details before confirming (service type, price, scheduling)
• Provide accurate contact info and accessible property details
• Not share any access codes or direct account details with others

You must ensure safe access to your property for inspections or work, clear roofs, remove obstacles, secure pets, etc. We’re not liable for delays or cancellations caused by access issues.

We use third-party systems (e.g., scheduling platforms, payment gateways). We’re not responsible for their downtime or failures. We endeavor to keep service accurate but may update content (like pricing or scope) without notice.

If you need to cancel, notify us before the confirmed appointment. Cancellations made in time are fine; last-minute cancellations may incur rescheduling fees.

You pay as described in the quote or proposal. Free evaluations are just that, free, provided as per eligibility. If you choose to proceed with paid services, you may be billed via third-party processors like Stripe. Keep your payment info current.

Failed payments may result in service suspension. Disputed valid transactions may result in blocking from future services.

All content, logos, quotes, blog posts, designs, are owned by Ace Roofing. You may view or use them personally, but not commercially or publicly without our written consent.

On engaging our services, you may submit photos, feedback, or testimonials. You agree we can:

• Use them globally, indefinitely, royalty-free, in promotional or internal materials
• Modify or adapt as needed

You certify you have rights to share the content and it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

You warrant no conflict of interest with our business. You confirm the info you provide is accurate. You acknowledge we’ve not made any promises about property improvements or enhancements unless they’re explicitly in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Ace Roofing is based (NC, presumably). Disputes go through good-faith meetings; if unresolved, they follow local Small Claims or Superior Court procedures.

We may cancel service immediately if you breach these terms and fail to remedy in 10 days after notice. If terminated due to our defaults, you’d get a pro-rata refund for unused services. Otherwise, all payments are earned upon scheduling or completion.

Any sensitive info we share remains confidential unless disclosure is legally required or shared with your consent. Breaches may result in penalties.

• These terms override any earlier agreements.
• We’re not liable for events outside our control (storms, supply delays, etc.).
• Notices via email or mail are considered received within 48 hours (mail) or immediately (email).
• If one clause is invalid, it doesn’t kill the entire agreement.

You consent to compliance with applicable privacy laws and to us promoting that you're our customer (e.g., “Projects by Ace Roofing”) unless you opt out.
